THE NEW LYNMAR OPENS
Russian River Valley's Newest Destination Welcomes
Visitors
Sebastopol, CA—December
8, 2005— Lynmar Winery, the newest Russian River Valley
destination, has opened its doors and announced the launch
of the Lynmar Experience, a personal guided food
and wine pairing. Taking advantage of the sweeping views of
the estate Quail Hill Vineyard and dramatic surrounding landscape,
the new center welcomes wine enthusiasts for a first hand
look at winegrowing in this premier region enticing all the
senses. The new Lynmar design, created by San Francisco-based
firm Baum-Thornley Architects LLP, resembles a comfortable
home set amidst the vineyard and takes its inspiration from
the region's architecture and natural features. The addition
of a new hospitality center for Lynmar is part of a five-year
investment plan that was initiated in March 2004 by founder
Lynn C. Fritz. The Russian River Valley specialist of Pinot
Noir and Chardonnay broke ground on the winery expansion,
9,000-square foot barrel aging caves, and a visitor center
in October 2004. The construction project is part of the winery's
investment plan that also includes a phased-replanting of
its Quail Hill Vineyard estate, purchase of additional acreage
in the region and the assemblage of a world-class winery and
marketing team initiated in winter 2004.
The new Lynmar is located at the winery's estate Quail Hill
Vineyard in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Visitors
may contact the new hospitality center at 3909 Frei Road,
Sebastopol, CA 95472. Phone: (707) 829-3374.

paired with appetizers created by chef Sandra Simile."
The guided food and wine pairing will be offered daily 11
