In 2008, Lynn and Anisya Fritz made Lynmar Estate their permanent home, becoming resident proprietors. Today, Lynmar is an exquisite 100-acre property composed of rolling vineyards, organic vegetables, beneficial borders and frontage on the Laguna de Santa Rosa. The approximately 70 acres of  estate vineyards include Quail Hill and Susanna’s, another family-owned vineyard located west of Quail Hill Ranch. Together, the vineyards have 15 clones of Pinot Noir, four clones of Chardonnay and a block of Syrah, all selected for their unique expression of the Russian River terroir. Visitors driving into the estate are captivated by the rolling vineyards and the authentic beauty of this site, which in Lynn and Anisya’s view is just beginning to come into its own, 30 years later.
