La Sereinité Chardonnay is crafted in the style of the great wines of Chablis, and is named after the Serein River that flows through the appellation.
Aromas open with an exuberant flash of Meyer lemon, mellowing into fresh Asian pear and floral jasmine tones, all wrapped in a nice mineral freshness. On the palate, a focused, bright acidity defines the wine's core, highlighted by white peach, orange peel and wet stone. We recommend laying down at least one year before opening, or cellar up to 10 years.
