| Exceptional wines call for exceptional food with character and flavors to match. That mission is met by our Winery Chef, Sandra Simile.
Sandra has worked in the culinary field for many years. Her background includes time spent as head chef at a Relais and Chateau in Northern California, a restaurateur in Mystic, Connecticut, and even a private chef on sailboats in the Caribbean. Sandra has worked in Sonoma County and the Russian River Valley since 1989, developing food and wine pairings with a specific focus on menus for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
As Lynmar Winery Chef, Sandra develops recipes that complement and enhance our latest releases. Examples from her kitchen appear in the Lynmar Experience, a focused tasting of our current releases matched with a recipe specifically developed to enhance each wine’s special qualities.
